Christin C. Kelly, CPA Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Kelly serves as Chief Financial Officer for Monarch Senior Living, responsible for all aspects of financial management including financial reporting and compliance, investment pro-forma and underwriting, cash management, investor and lender relations, and asset management.
Under her leadership, analysts conduct quantitative financial analysis evaluating operating performance and efficiency which aid in developing strategic operating plans, capital structures, and measurement of outcomes. She is focused on the analysis of financial information and other key performance metrics to promote increased profitability and better serve our residents, associates, and economic partners. Ms. Kelly’s finance and accounting career encompasses over 17 years, including 12 years in the healthcare/senior housing and service industries.
Ms. Kelly has deep experience in systems development and administration. Using a systems approach, with an open and transparent communication style, Ms. Kelly had created an environment that facilitated high employee and resident satisfaction which has translated to increased cash flow.
Ms. Kelly began her career in public accounting with Deloitte. Ms. Kelly holds a Bachelor degree in Business Economics and Accounting from the University of California Santa Barbara, and is a licensed CPA in the State of California.
